Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any shipping damages must be reported within 3 days for refund.

Please contact the store before return shipping to ensure proper shipping protocol.

Refunds
Absolutely no refunds will be given for used product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit may take your banking institution up to a week to process. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@saintlucias.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
Payment credit can only be refunded to the original payment provider.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Saint Lucia's, 2075 N. Western Ave, Chicago IL 60647, United States. Please contact the store at info@saintlucias.com or 1-773-559-8092 to ensure proper shipping for glass products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will not be processed for products broken in return shipping. It is your responsibility to insure the product for return shipping.
