Lemon Balm - Flavor Herb
Lemon Balm is a refreshing herb with a pleasant bright flavor that is similar to citronella or lemon. While light and refreshing in small quantities, it can become bitter if too much is used. When smoked, lemon balm can promote a pleasant mood, relaxation, lightheadedness, and sleepiness. Since it contains trace amounts of harmine, it is also shown to have short-lived psychoactive effects in some people. We recommend using this herb as no more than 20% of your smoking blend
