At Saint Lucia’s, we are dedicated to serving our customers and protecting our staff through this unprecedented viral outbreak. In light of the Governor’s shelter in place order, our doors will be closed to the public until at least April 7th. However, as a tobacco store, we are a vital location in our community and committed to continuing to serve our customers. We have the following options available during this time:
Walk-up Window Available 11am-8pm Daily
We have a full service walk-up window located on the north side of the building, on Charleston St. Ring the doorbell and we will be happy to facilitate sales of any products we carry. We accept all cash, card and contactless payment options at the walk-up window.
We have added a curbside pickup option for all items listed on our website. Place your order online, receive an email when it’s ready to be picked up, and stop by our walk-up window to pick up your order. Please remember to bring your ID with you for pickup.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $25
We will offer free nationwide shipping on any orders over $25 until we are able to open our doors once again.

Why are you still open?
Tobacco is an essential product for very many people. Our walk-up window provides our customers with a safer, cheaper, and closer to home alternative than traveling to a gas station or convenience store.
What are you doing for your employees?
Our full-time employees are offered health insurance. We have enacted a flexible Paid Time Off policy to allow our employees to draw more hours than they have currently earned, and use those hours to supplement their paychecks while we run at reduced hours. We are working to provide our employees with the safest environment possible. We have a well stocked supply of cleaning and disinfecting products, hand soap and gloves. Most transactions can be completed through a 3” opening in our window, limiting any face-to-face interactions. No employees are at risk of losing their jobs by choosing not to come in to work. Though we are not allowing customers into the store we are continuing to disinfect regularly.
What are you doing to protect your customers?
Our walk-up window is designed to limit any exposure between employees and customers, as well as well as any secondhand contact between customers. We have contactless payments available. If your payment requires a signature we will disinfect a pen for you. Our doorbell is disinfected regularly, but you can also call the shop to let us know you are outside. If you place an order online for pickup, you can call us when you arrive and we will leave your order outside our window or deliver it to your car.
